The Madhya Pradesh government employees is about to experience the benefits of 7th pay commission recommendation very soon.In addition to that, on the recently held Independence Day function, the Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, has announced that a new cabinet will be formed. And this will explore government employment opportunities for the people of the home state.

Here are some of the things that the Madhya Pradesh government will be working on to this context-
- A cabinet will be formed by the Madhya Pradesh Government which will help eligible candidates in getting proper employment. It will try to provide a better platform for generating employment. It will have a panel that will work with an aim of creating and recognizing job opportunities for the people in the State. The State will also start a campaign that will have the same objective.
- The social security pension amount of government employees of the state Madhya Pradesh will be increased along with other recommendations given by the 7th Pay commission committee.
- Madhya Pradesh CM announced that the employees who works on daily wages would be treated as permanent employees. By doing so it will help such employees in getting benefits from the modification made in the pay scale, dearness allowance and pay increase.
- It has also been announced that the State would try to take in such daily wage employees in different departments in which they can fit in, based on their eligibility. They will be provided compassionate appointments.
The view of CM shows that a good amount of energy and motivation is needed to bring fast and strong development. He also requested the Government employees of the MP State to work with dedication and justice, as it will surely bring a lot of developments in the state.
On that wonderful occasion, he also added as he was proud and glad that Madhya Pradesh will be the first Indian state to establish a separate Department of Happiness which will regulate and maintain the State Happiness Institute. He added that Madhya Pradesh is keen and set on coming up with schemes and campaigns with an aim of developing the State and to provide a better life for MP people, it portraits the strong initiatives for state’s growth.
